Blissdom in Photos

ShePosts was in Nashville this weekend for the Blissdom Conference, three days packed with work, friends, and fun one can only find when the good people of the blogosphere step out from behind their monitors and keyboards to connect in person. There is plenty to tell about the program, the speakers, and just what in the world this had to do with community and story (a lot), but first, here are some of the visual highlights.

The Handmade Market, featuring bloggers selling jewelry, baby toys and clothing, hand-sewn iPad and Kindle covers and other goodies, kicked things off on Thursday as bloggers arrived in Nashville. Jessica Erickson of Allora Handmade was among the artisans, bringing her rosettes to the people of Blissdom.

A conference is a perfect place to launch a brand new project, especially one as large as Picha Global. Ana Roca-Castro and Alli Worthington introduced this new photo sharing, selling, and profit-sharing platform, now accessible by invite only.

QuatroMama Jen of 4tunate was one of the moms who brought her little one(s) along to the conference — which in her case means four of them. We caught up with them as they caught up with some swag just outside the sponsor area. (You’re never too young.)

Catherine Connors of Her Bad Mother and everything community management at Babble delivered the closing keynote.

Rascall Flatts rocked the house Friday night.

And so did Joe Jonas, as you may have heard from your house, wherever it happens to be.

Sessions included many opportunities for hands-on and interactive components.

The Voice contestant and Blissdom veteran Chris Mann was Saturday’s lunchtime entertainment.

The lovely Frelle was one of the many bloggers who took the conference home with a few hours of karaoke on Saturday.
